Training from the theory and practice of two aspects of the depth of teaching.
During the training, the trainees had a detailed understanding of the paving market industry, future trends, inspection and selection of auxiliary materials, and systematically learned the European standard of thin pasting construction standards, cutting technology, spot pasting/dry hanging technology, wet pasting technology and other process technologies and acceptance standards. Through the detailed explanation of technical points and precautions by senior trainers, the trainees had a deeper understanding of the paving technology as a whole.

In order to ensure the teaching effect, the main teacher Jian Ge practiced and explained each practical course, and then guided the students to practice. The students practiced a series of construction techniques such as wall ground leveling, rock plate thin sticking, rock plate cutting, and beautiful joints. On the spot, Brother Jian taught hand-in-hand, corrected the students' wrong operations, and carried out correct guidance to assist the students to grasp the key points of the process, matters needing attention, and refined techniques in the process of practice.

During the 5-day and 4-night efficient training, the trainees carefully studied professional knowledge throughout the process, and actively digested what they learned, and finally passed the training and assessment to obtain the certificate of completion of the paving craftsman.
