Recently, the 9th "All-Star Craftsman Alliance" Rock Slab Paving Training was successfully held in the training base of the new home. More than 20 trainees from all over the world participated in the training.

At the opening ceremony, the host posted a warm welcome to each student. Ms. Hu Yuan, founder of the brand, made an opening speech and stressed: "Rock slab paving has always been the focus of breakthroughs in terminal applications. I hope that through this training, everyone can learn the technology of rock slab paving and go back to better serve local owners."
This training also invited Mr. Chen Xin, the representative of the training center of China Building Materials Federation, and Mr. Lin Gan, the instructor of the close seam paving process, to attend the training, and delivered important speeches and good wishes for the training respectively.

Training from the theory and practice of two aspects of the depth of teaching.
In the theory class, President Xu explained to the students the current paving market industry and the future trend. The lecturer, Jian Ge, gave a detailed explanation on the processing and construction paving process of rock plate and thin plate. In view of the series of problems encountered in the construction process of the project, he decomposed them one by one in combination with actual cases. Through the explanation of the doctor of product research and development, the students also learned in detail the design principle, inspection and selection of paving materials.

In the practical exercise class, the main teacher Jian Ge practiced and explained each practical exercise class, and then guided the students to practice. The students practiced a series of construction techniques such as wall ground leveling, rock plate thin sticking, rock plate cutting, and beautiful joints. On the spot, Brother Jian taught hand-in-hand, corrected the students' wrong operations, and carried out correct guidance to assist the students to grasp the key points of the process, matters needing attention, and refined techniques in the process of practice.

The process is the bridge and the result is oriented. During the 5-day and 4-night efficient training, the trainees carefully studied professional knowledge throughout the process, and actively digested what they learned, and finally passed the training and assessment to obtain the certificate of completion of the paving craftsman.
This training has improved the students' professional skills and delivery service capabilities of rock slab paving. In the future, this craftsman will use standardized paving technology and combine the all-round quality assurance of the stable 8A delivery service system to provide users with better quality and more efficient delivery solutions for rock slab products.
