The secrets of not being empty and not falling bricks are all here! Recommended collection!

Because of its waterproof, anti-corrosion, wear-resistant, rich variety, easy to clean and other advantages, ceramic tiles are favored by consumers in the home improvement industry and have become one of the essential main materials for home decoration.
Ceramic tile in the beautification of the home at the same time, there is a certain empty drum or even off brick risk. Today, I 'd like to share with you some ways to avoid empty drums and falling bricks ~
01
Cleaning brick back release agent
During the production and processing of ceramic tiles, in order to facilitate the separation of ceramic tiles from the pressing mold, there is a layer of release agent on the back. If the release agent is not cleaned, it is like wearing a raincoat on the back of the tile. Whether it is cement mortar, tile glue, or back glue, it cannot directly penetrate and combine with the tile, which will reduce the bonding strength. Therefore, the release agent on the back of the brick must be carefully cleaned before paving.
02
Do a good job of grass-roots treatment
The strength of the base surface has a great influence on whether the tiles fall off, whether there is dirt, floating ash, etc. at the base of the wall and ground, whether the base is flat, whether there is hollowing and cracking on the wall and ground, whether there is delamination of the waterproof napped layer, etc. The above problems will affect the bonding effect of ceramic tiles, so we must do a good job at the grass-roots level.
03
Tile glue tile adhesive combination paving
First of all, we come to understand the principle of tile paste, mainly in two forms, mechanical and chemical bonding.
Mechanical Chimerism (physics): There are certain pores and concave-convex grooves on the back of the ceramic tiles. The high water absorption tiles have more micropores. The cement mortar penetrates into the micropores and grooves. After curing, a mechanical buckle is formed to complete the ceramic tile bonding.
For tiles with low water absorption, there are almost no micropores to make the cement paste fit, which is why it is easy to hollow out the bricks with cement mortar.
Chemical Bonding (Chemistry): The adhesive and the tile adhesive contain a polymer binder, which bonds the tiles through intermolecular forces.
Tile glue has strong bonding force and flexibility, tile adhesive can absorb the stress of shrinkage and deformation, the combination of the two construction, can make the tile effect more reliable.
04
Double-sided plastering full paste paving
Use a tooth-shaped scraper to evenly coat the mixed tile adhesive on the base surface and the back of the brick. After the tile is paved, the tile is fully kneaded and pressed. These construction details can increase the bonding area between tile glue and brick back and base surface, improve the full slurry rate, and reduce the risk of empty drum and brick falling.
05
Tile seam
Ceramic tiles will expand with heat and shrink with cold under the influence of environment. Reserved brick joints can prevent adjacent tiles from squeezing and falling off due to hollowing. In addition, the ceramic tile seam can also reduce the tile size error and manual operation error caused by the seam is not uniform, uneven.
