Recently, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council officially issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Construction of the Industrial Worker Team," deploying the reform of the industrial worker team construction, pointing out the need to build a skill talent training system with enterprises as the main body and vocational schools as the foundation, and encouraging large enterprises to formulate skill talent development strategies, improve the industrial worker training system, and actively carry out public vocational skills training.
In response to the national requirements for high-quality development of vocational education and to rapidly promote skill talent cultivation, on December 31,the Tie De Wen brand and Guangdong BGI Vocational Technical College officially held a school-enterprise cooperation signing ceremony,with Tie De Wen brand's President Xu Shunlan and Chief Engineer of Product R&D Ou Liping invited to attend as guest professors at Guangdong BGI Vocational College, jointly opening a new chapter of deep cooperation.

Subsequently, Chief Engineer of Product R&D Ou Liping introduced the achievements made in product R&D and talent cultivation.
