During the construction of the structure, the verticality and flatness of the external wall shall meet the standard requirements. Before including roughness, the concrete protruding from the wall surface shall be leveled, and the recess shall be leveled with 1: 3 cement mortar. When the leveling thickness is large, it shall be leveled. When the thickness or verticality deviation exceeds 35mm, technical remedial measures such as nailing steel wire mesh shall be taken. Before plastering, the dust, dirt and oil stains on the surface of the brick wall surface, concrete surface and other base courses shall be removed, and the wire mesh width of 500mm shall be nailed at different interfaces (such as the junction of brick wall and concrete wall).
The interface agent is mixed into a thick paste with a water cement ratio of 1: 4 and stirred evenly. The interface treatment after mixing can be sprayed or directly powder coated with iron plate, with a thickness of about 2-3mm. The wall surface with high or dry temperature shall be moistened with water before construction, and the interface agent shall be applied to the wall for about 5-15 minutes (depending on the temperature). Plastering can be carried out or plastering after the interface agent is completely dried.
Before plastering, the reserved hole of the screw rod of the pulling wall shall be filled with expansive agent, and the bell mouth of the reserved hole of the outer wall shall be cut with a depth of 40mm, and after the expansion agent is filled, the bell mouth shall be filled with a 20mm thick plugging king.
After the interface agent is applied for 10~20min, the bottom mortar shall be applied in layers according to requirements. The thickness of the bottom mortar for the first time shall be 10mm. After application, the bottom mortar shall be rubbed flat with wood crabs and watered and maintained every other day. When the first time is 60% ~ 70% dry, the second time can be applied with a thickness of about 10-15mm. Then the bottom mortar shall be scraped with a long ruler and rubbed with wood crabs.
On the base plastering surface, hang out the vertical and horizontal control lines first, and then hang out the brick control lines according to the specifications and dimensions of the brick and the arrangement diagram. According to the requirements of the tile arrangement diagram, the horizontal and vertical seam widths are controlled at 5~9mm and 3~5mm respectively. Horizontal seam, the window table top is generally on the same horizontal line. The walls are all brick, and the two sides of the window hole are strictly required to be symmetrical. After the brick row is successful, hang out the vertical and horizontal grid lines of each brick on the base plastering to ensure that the mortar joints are horizontal, flat and vertical after the wall tiles are pasted.
Before pasting, it should be fully wet according to the water absorption of the face brick and dry it. When pasting the face brick, the mortar shall be full and shall survive at one time. It is not suitable to knock or move more, especially the mortar shall not be corrected and moved after receiving water. The mortar for pasting the face brick should be 1: 0.3 cement mortar (fine sand) with water weight of 20% 801 glue, with a thickness of 7~10mm. Wet the brick surface with water before caulking. After the surface is dried, wipe the seam with the above proportion of cement mortar. After the brick joint mortar is slightly solidified, scrape the brick surface mortar with rubber sheet, then wring it out with sponge wet water, and wipe the surface clean in time until there is no trace of cement.
There are three types of brick seam effects: convex and concave, concave and flat, and different brick seam designs can achieve different decorative effects. According to the design requirements, after the caulking is completed, first hook with tools, and then wipe the surface clean with a clean cloth. After caulking is completed for about 30 hours (depending on the weather at that time), and after the brick joints are solidified to a certain strength, rinse the brick surface with clean water from top to bottom.
