Product Introduction:
1.Component B is a water-soluble emulsion; when mixed and stirred in the prescribed ratio with Component A (powder), it forms an air-hardening adhesive. It is suitable for construction environments with humidity levels below 80%, and the ambient temperature during application should range from 5°C to 35°C. If the ambient humidity exceeds 80%, the time required for the adhesive to bond and cure will be prolonged.
2.All components must be added strictly according to the specified mixing ratio and sequence. Adding an excessive amount of powder will cause the mixture to dry out too quickly, making application difficult.
3.The mixed slurry should be used up within 2 hours, depending on weather conditions; under no circumstances should dried-out or hardened slurry be re-mixed with water for use.

Excellent Flexibility: Features a unique flexible formula that effectively absorbs and mitigates minor displacements between the substrate and the soft tiles caused by thermal expansion/contraction or structural stress deformation, thereby preventing cracking.
Good Water Retention:Offers excellent water-retention properties that extend the open time (working time), facilitate easy adjustment of tile positioning, ensure full hydration of the cementitious binder, and enhance final bond strength.
Convenient Application: Ready to use simply by adding water; exhibits excellent workability and minimal vertical slip. It can be applied via thin-bed coating or using a notched trowel, ensuring high construction efficiency.
Durability: Once cured, the material demonstrates excellent resistance to water, freeze-thaw cycles, and aging, making it suitable for use in a wide range of indoor and outdoor environments.
Eco-friendly and Safe: Free from harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene, ensuring a green and environmentally friendly product.
Scope of Application:Used for bonding soft tiles to interior walls, exterior walls, and floors. It can also be utilized as a surface primer/interface agent for the renovation of existing buildings.
Reference Coverage:
Single-sided application (substrate only): 2.6–2.8 kg/m².
Double-sided application (substrate and tile): 3.5–4.5 kg/m².
Two-Component Adhesive (Expert Grade) — Mixing Ratio: A:B = 3:1 (To be used only after mixing Component A and Component B).
Component A (Emulsion) + Component B (Powder) — 13.5 kg + 4.5 kg.
On-Site Preparation Method: [Image 2] Add Component B powder; [Image 1] Add Component A emulsion, using a trowel to scrape the emulsion completely from the bucket walls; [Image 3] Stir for approximately 15 minutes, then let the mixture stand for 5 minutes before use.
Implementation Standard: When mixed with Component B according to the specified ratio, the product meets all performance indicators for Class D adhesives as defined in the standard JC/T 547-2017, Ceramic Tile Adhesives.
Precautions: Avoid outdoor application during rainy or snowy weather. If rain or snow occurs, protective covering measures must be implemented; otherwise, the uncured adhesive may dissolve in the rainwater and run down the surface. After tiling is complete, allow the adhesive mixture to dry and cure completely (approximately 24 hours) before proceeding with the subsequent grouting work.
Production Date: See outer packaging. Storage and Shelf Life: Store at room temperature; the shelf life for unopened products is 18 months.
