TDW-180 Specific Adhesive For Flexible Stone
Component B is a water-soluble emulsion. When mixed and stirred with Component A (powder) at the prescribed ratio, it forms an air-hardening adhesive. It is suitable for construction environments with relative humidity below 80%, and the ambient temperature during application should be between 5°C and 35°C. If the ambient humidity exceeds 80%, the bonding and curing time will be prolonged. All components must be added strictly in the specified ratio and sequence. Adding an excessive amount of powder will cause the mixture to dry too quickly, making application difficult.

Two-Component Adhesive (Expert Grade) — Mixing Ratio: A:B = 3:1 (To
be used only after mixing Component A and Component B).
Component A (Emulsion) + Component B (Powder) — 13.5 kg + 4.5 kg.

Important Notes
The mixed slurry should be used within 2 hours, depending on weather conditions. Under no circumstances should dried or hardened slurry be re-mixed with water for reuse.
