TDW-501 wall and floor leveling mortar is formulated with flexible organic

 Primary Treatment

The substrate surface shall be clean and firm. Remove all loose materials such as dust, grease, and particles that may affect adhesion performance from the substrate surface.

Prior to construction, the surface should be pre-moistened until no visible water remains, followed by the application of leveling mortar. If the base surface exhibits low strength or high water absorption, two coats of adhesive-stable milk-water universal interface agent should be applied before construction. For smooth base surfaces, roughening or texturing treatment should be performed.

According to the horizontal standard line and the design thickness, the elevation control line of the leveling layer thickness is marked on the four walls and columns.

Using the leveling control line, plastering blocks are applied around the walls. These blocks, typically 50x50mm in size, are spaced 1.5-2.0 meters apart both horizontally and vertically. The plastering is done with 501 ground leveling mortar.

 Mortar Mixing

The mixing ratio is 20 kg of powder: 3kg of water; thoroughly mix the water and powder until no lumps of raw starch remain. After mixing, allow it to rest for ten minutes.

The mixture should be stirred slightly after pouring before use to enhance adhesion.

Apply the mortar uniformly over the ground base, with a thickness 1-2mm greater than the plaster base. Using the plaster base as a reference, level the surface with a horizontal bar. The mortar should be compacted immediately after application, and the leveling and compaction must be completed before the mortar sets. The minimum construction thickness should not be less than 10mm. For slopes, implement the slope treatment as specified in the design.

 cleaning and maintenance

After the mortar has hardened, it should be kept moist for curing for at least 7 days.

Notes

 should adjust water addition according to construction methods. The prepared slurry must be used within 1 hour, and no water should be added to hardened mortar.

 For exterior wall construction in high-temperature environments, the wall surface should be properly moistened to prevent direct sunlight exposure of newly applied mortar.

 Construction temperature should be maintained between 5-35℃. Operations are prohibited during extreme heat, frost, or winds exceeding level 5.

 When applying waterproof mortar, avoid direct sunlight exposure to prevent rapid moisture loss that may compromise its strength.

Transportation and Storage

 During transportation, protect the package from rain exposure and impacts to prevent damage.

 should be stored in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent moisture, and direct sunlight and water contact are strictly prohibited.

Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 12 months.

Safety Regulations

• This product contains cement components which may irritate the eyes and skin. Therefore, it is essential to wear appropriate protective equipment during application. In case of accidental eye contact, immediately rinse with clean water and seek medical attention promptly.
• Important note: The factory-installed palletizing wrapping film and wooden base tray enhance product protection against water, dust, and moisture. Do not damage them before use (these items are not included for small quantities).
