TDW-507 Polymer Crack Resistant Waterproofing Mortar is a dry powder product scientifically formulated from inorganic cementitious materials, refined sand, mineral admixtures, high molecular polymers, and other additives. Simply add water and stir on-site before use. It features stable volume, low shrinkage, and prevents cracking and hollowing. It is also non-toxic, harmless, and environmentally friendly.

Construction Operations
The surface layer should be thoroughly cleaned of dust and oil stains. Any protruding or loose areas should be removed, and any damaged parts should be filled with mortar, ensuring no cracking or hollow areas occur. At the same time... Thoroughly wet the base layer with clean water. However, there should be no open water.
Preparing adhesive paste
The amount of water to add is indicated on the packaging certificate. First, add the water to the mixing bowl, then add the powder, and mechanically mix quickly and evenly. The prepared adhesive must be Use within 1 hour; do not add water during use.
Apply adhesive
a. Single application thickness 2mm ~ 5 mm
b. The mortar after mixing According to the specific construction thickness design requirements Apply the plaster in multiple coats.The second layer of waterproof mortar is applied after the first layer has hardened. And so on;
c. After the final application of adhesive is completed After it hardens, water it to maintain its condition. Maintenance time should be no less than 7 days. sky;

Precautions
- The mixed slurry should be used within 1 hour ;
- Never mix water with mortar that has already partially set and dried, and then reuse it .

- Mixing utensils must be cleaned before and after use.

Transportation and storage

- This product contains cement and may irritate the eyes and skin. Therefore, please wear appropriate protective equipment during application. If the product accidentally gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention promptly.
- Friendly reminder: The included palletizing wrap and wooden paddle at the bottom will better protect the product from water, dust, and moisture, and safeguard the packaging. Therefore, please do not damage them before opening and use! (Stretch wrap and pallets are not included for small quantities)
