TDW-910 Floor Tile Partner is an inorganic material specifically designed for rapid installation on floors.
Developed by Heping, this innovative material is precisely formulated with reinforcing, toughening, and tackifying additives.
Functional leveling material: can be trodden upon after 2 hours of construction, and tiles can be laid after 3 hours.
Paving technique; allows public traffic to resume 3 hours after road repair; can save a significant amount of time and resources
Construction cost, material cost and maintenance time.

1. Leveling of concrete surfaces;

Construction Operations
Construction preparation and tools
Inspect the condition of the ground base and perform corresponding treatments based on the actual situation. The required tools mainly include: electric mixer, mixing bucket, measuring cup, defoaming roller, nail shoe, double-sided tape, isolation tape, tape measure, ink pen, etc.
Construction procedure
- grassroots processing
The base layer should be solid, dust-free, free of standing water, sharp edges, and voids, and sealed with a durable multifunctional interface agent. To ensure sealing effectiveness, the multifunctional interface agent is typically applied in two coats. After the interface agent dries, the floor tiling partner is installed.
- mortar preparation
First, add water to the mixing bucket, then gradually incorporate the powder while stirring. Use an electric mixer to blend for 1–2 minutes until the mixture is uniform and free of lumps. The prepared floor tile adhesive must be used within 20 minutes.
The recommended water-to-dry powder ratio is 20kg of powder to 3.4-3.6L of water. For exact specifications, please refer to the certificate of conformity or product label.
- construction technology
Pour the powder into clean water and stir to form an emulsion. Note that water should be added before adding the powder. Use an electric mixer during stirring.
The water and starch should be thoroughly mixed until no lumps remain.
As this product is designed for rapid, hands-on application, special attention should be paid to creating proper separation joints during large-scale construction. The mixing process requires precise estimation of material quantities, with all components being thoroughly blended within the shortest possible timeframe before proceeding with pouring and scraping operations.
The construction leveling and surface finishing must be completed promptly. The slurry pouring should be finished within 5 minutes.
To ensure the density of this leveling layer, defoaming treatment with a defoaming roller is also required.
Important Notes
Matters need attention
- The ambient temperature suitable for construction is 5-35℃.
- It is strictly prohibited to add sand, cement, or other additives during stirring.
- Never re-mix hardened mortar with water for reuse.
- The mortar should be used within 20 minutes after mixing to prevent it from losing fluidity due to prolonged exposure.
Transportation and storage
- During transportation, avoid rain exposure and impacts to prevent damage to the packaging.
- Store in a cool, dry warehouse to prevent moisture, and avoid direct sunlight and contact with water.
Safe code
This product contains cement components which may irritate the eyes and skin. Therefore, it is essential to wear appropriate protective equipment during application. In case of accidental eye contact, immediately rinse with clean water and seek medical attention promptly.
Important note: The factory-installed palletizing wrapping film and wooden base tray enhance product protection against water, dust, and moisture. Do not damage them before use (these items are not included for small quantities).
