TDW-610 Waterproof Anti-Mould Putty is a product using an odorless formula.
Combining air-entrained crack-resistant technology with high-quality cement, fine sand, and redispersible latex powder, etc.
Interior putty made from polymers and environmentally friendly additives. Manufactured using intelligent equipment and a fully automated process.
The entire production process does not involve the addition of formaldehyde, making it green and environmentally friendly, and meeting the standards for mold prevention and mildew resistance.
This product is used for leveling wall surfaces in both damp and non-damp areas indoors; it is water-resistant and moisture-proof.
Highly efficient leveling; the addition of anti-cracking fibers greatly enhances crack resistance.
Scope of Application
Used for leveling walls and ceilings in indoor damp and non-damp areas; base surfaces for various inorganic surfaces, such as concrete , lightweight concrete, cement-based precast components, masonry, and cement mortar plastering layers.

Construction Operations
- Before construction, ensure that the substrate is completely dry, firm, and free of oil and other loose materials. The powdery or peeling substrate should be thoroughly cleaned before construction can begin;
- Add water according to the amount specified on the packaging . Mix thoroughly with an electric mixer for 3-5 minutes . After standing for 3-5 minutes , stir well again before use;
- Construction using plastering tools Thickness of each layer of construction 1~2 mm is recommended When the base layer has poor flatness It is recommended to apply the scraping in multiple applications ;
- The interval between two coats of putty is determined by whether the previous coat has completely dried. After the first coat has dried, the next coat can be applied .
Important Notes
Precautions
- The suitable construction temperature should be 5℃ ~35℃ Construction is not advisable in hot or frosty weather.
- The effective working time of the prepared putty is approximately 2 hours (at room temperature of 25℃ ). Materials that have already partially set should not be mixed with water again and reused.
- The wall surface should be thoroughly moistened in hot weather. The application process involves applying two coats of putty consecutively (with a 2-hour interval ) to prevent uneven hydration and uneven sanding caused by excessive moisture loss after the product is applied to the wall.
- Do not use with materials that have not been approved by our factory's technical personnel. Such as mixing cement, white powder, construction adhesive or similar products from other brands ;
- After opening the sealed packaging bagIt should be used as soon as possible. To prevent moisture from causing it to become ineffective.
Transportation and storage
- Avoid rain and impacts during transportation. To avoid damaging the packaging;
- It needs to be stored in a cool, dry warehouse. To prevent moisture Do not allow it to come into contact with water ;
- Under normal transportation and storage conditions Product shelf life : 12 months.
