The TDW-612 Odor-Neutralizing Brightening High-Strength Eco-Friendly Putty is manufactured using premium calcium powder, cementitious materials, and high-performance additives through advanced production technology. Featuring odor-neutralizing technology, this product emits no noticeable smell during application. It is environmentally friendly, offers smooth application, strong adhesion, easy sanding, excellent water retention, and resistance to cracking.

This product is suitable for interior wall and ceiling surface application when used with coatings.

Construction Operations
- Prior to construction, ensure the base layer is thoroughly dry, firm, and free of oil stains or other loose materials. Any pulverized or peeling base layer must be thoroughly cleaned before proceeding.
- Apply the coating in batches using the batch-embedding tool, with each application thickness ideally maintained at 1-2mm. For uneven base surfaces, it is recommended to apply in multiple layers.
- The interval between two plastering passes should be determined by the dryness of the previous layer, and the next layer can be applied only after the previous one has dried.

Notes
- The recommended construction temperature ranges from 5℃ to 35℃, and operations should be avoided during extreme heat or frost conditions.
- The prepared putty has a working time of approximately 2 hours (at 25°C). Once initially set, the material cannot be re-mixed with water.
- For high-temperature applications, ensure walls are thoroughly moistened and apply two consecutive coats of putty (with 2-hour intervals) to prevent uneven hydration and surface pitting caused by rapid moisture loss after application.
- Do not use materials not approved by the manufacturer's technical personnel, such as mixing cement, quicklime, construction adhesive, or similar products from other brands.
- After opening the sealed packaging bag, it should be used as soon as possible to avoid moisture-induced degradation.
Transportation and Storage
- During transportation, avoid exposure to rain and collisions to prevent damage to the packaging;
- Store in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent moisture exposure; strictly avoid contact with water.
- Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the product shelf life is: 12 months.

This product is non-toxic to humans. In case of accidental ingestion, contact with eyes or nose, immediately rinse with clean water. If discomfort persists, seek medical attention promptly.
Important note: The factory-installed palletizing wrapping film and bottom tray enhance product protection against water, dust, and moisture. Do not damage them before use (these items are not included for small quantities).
