TDW-217 Flexible Porcelain King is an eco-friendly grout certified by China
as an environmental label product.No formaldehyde or triphenyls were detected,
and no harmful substances such as nonylphenol or octylphenol were added,
demonstrating excellent stability.The mechanical properties of quality and
toughness are suitable for various types of tile grouting and joint filling,
as well as flooring and corner treatments.Edge finishing for areas like the top,
offering high construction efficiency, vibrant colors, and trendy elements to
effectively enhance the overall appearance.Home environment. The product has
been upgraded with yellowing resistance, achieving Grade 1 yellowing resistance
standard after complete curing, and is suitable for underfloor heating.It is available, stain-resistant, wear-resistant, high and low temperature resistant, uniform texture and has the characteristics of water resistance and mold resistance black.

Construction Preparation and Tools
- The tools needed for construction mainly include: power glue gun, seam pressing plate, crepe paper, seam wax, wallpaper knife, cleaning shovel, seam hook knife, vacuum cleaner, broom, etc.
Construction Steps

Gap and surface cleaning
The oil stains, loose materials, and other contaminants in the gaps were cleaned in advance using tools such as gap-clearing cones or spatulas, followed by thorough brushing to ensure that the tile gaps and their surroundings were clean, dry, and free of dust, particles, oil stains, or loose materials.
Material Preparation and Installation
Cut the professional mixing pipe with a craft knife according to the seam width. Before installation, press the hose with a glue gun until all components of Group AB are discharged from the outlet. Then install the cut mixing pipe into the outlet and apply a high-quality, labor-saving seam-sealing glue gun. To ensure uniform mixing of the seam-sealing agent, squeeze out the first 40cm of the product inside the mixing pipe before proceeding with subsequent joint filling work.
gap filling
It is recommended to protect the joints by applying wax or adhesive paper on both sides before filling. During the filling process, position the mixing pipe at a 45° angle to the tile surface to ensure the grout fills the gaps completely. Apply even pressure while moving the pipe backward, maintaining proper pressure and frequency to achieve a uniform and full filling of the tile joints.
seam treatment
In order to ensure that the tile gap is fully full and the arc surface is moderate after the joint filler solidifies, the special joint pressing steel ball or the adjusting knife can be used to pull the tile gap uniformly from one end to the other end.
cleaning
After all the grout products have fully cured, remove the masking paper or use a cleaning spatula to thoroughly clean the semi-cured grout from the tile surface. The typical curing time is 4 to 12 hours (slightly varying depending on ambient temperature).
Reference dosage
- The theoretical consumption depends on the tile size, tile joint depth, and width.

Important Notes
Matters need attention
- For installation, the ambient temperature should be maintained between 5℃ and 35℃. If the temperature is too low, soak the grout in hot water for about 5 minutes to preheat before proceeding. Note that the next step should only be performed when the ambient air humidity exceeds 60%.
- Before construction, first check if the tiles are securely attached, clean the tile surfaces and grout lines thoroughly, and ensure no visible water in the joints.
- The joint compression must be completed within approximately 30 minutes after filling, and during summer high temperatures, it should be completed within about 15 minutes.
- Unused products after open should be mixed within 30 minutes, then sealed with the lid and stored.
- To ensure uniform product mixing, each batch of grout must be processed using the new mixer provided. Discard the 40cm product before proceeding to the next step. Do not reuse the mixer for construction.
- For the cured grout remaining on the tile surface, irritant chemicals such as acids should not be used for removal; instead, a damp cloth should be applied with force to wipe it off.
- Light-colored products may yellow under UV exposure. Avoid direct sunlight.
Transportation and Storage
- During transportation, protect from sun exposure, rain, and impact, avoid damaging the packaging, and ensure the product is stored with the bottle mouth facing upward.
- Products should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, with a storage temperature not exceeding 40°C.
- The has a shelf life of 12 months under normal storage and transportation conditions.

- This product contains epoxy resin components, which may irritate the eyes and skin. Therefore, it is essential to wear appropriate protective equipment during application. In case of accidental eye contact, immediately rinse with clean water and seek medical attention promptly.
