Scope of Application
Single-component polyurethane foam is specially suitable for filling and fixing installation in building holes and gaps. It has functions of adhesion, fixing, heat preservation, heat insulation, sound insulation, sealing, waterproofing, moisture-proofing, gas isolation, shockproofing, and insulation. It is widely used for fixing and bonding installation of windows, wooden doors, wooden strips, floors, insulation boards, air conditioners, switches, sockets, etc., as well as filling of wall shrinkage joints and various pipe holes.

Construction Operations
Remove floating dust and oil stains from the surface before construction. Spray a little water on the construction surface when the temperature is below 50°C, otherwise core burning and large holes will occur. The flow rate of the foam can be adjusted by controlling the trigger. Shake the can evenly for 1 minute before use, connect the can with the spray gun or nozzle, and the filling amount should be 2/3 of the gap. For vertical gaps, construct from bottom to top. The spray gun can be cleaned with special cleaning agent before the foam cures. Surface drying time is about 5 minutes, can be cut after 60 minutes, the foam cures after 1 hour, and reaches stability in 3-5 hours. This product is not UV resistant, so it is recommended to cut and coat the cured foam (e.g., cement mortar, paint, etc.). When the temperature is below +10°C during construction, the can should be heated with warm water at 40°C-50°C to ensure the material in the can can be fully dispensed and achieve high expansion ratio.
Important Notes
1.This product contains trace harmful elements, which have certain irritating effects on eyes, skin and respiratory system. If the foam agent contacts the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water or follow medical advice; if it contacts the skin, wash with soap and clean water.
2.Store the product in a dry, cool and ventilated place below 45°C.
3.The construction site should be ventilated. Construction personnel should wear work gloves and goggles, and should not approach fire sources or smoke.
4.This product has strong adhesion after curing, and has permeability to clothing fibers. Do not touch clothing during use.
5.The used can is strictly prohibited from burning or piercing.
6.Strictly prohibit storage and transportation in inverted or sideways position. (Long-term inversion will cause valve blockage)
