Product Description
TDW-668 Thermal Insulation Waterproof Coating utilizes imported acrylic
emulsion with added reflective high-performance polymer for superior thermal insulation.
Polymer, utilizing world-class technology and formulations, exhibits lower thermal
conductivity than traditional insulation materials, making it a
new kind of heat insulation waterproof coating.
Scope of Application
Suitable for exterior wall and roof decoration of various landmark buildings, luxury clubs, high-end residences, and other architectural projects.
It can be applied to materials such as concrete gypsum board, cement, asbestos board, iron sheet, and wooden board.

The product complies with the standard requirements of JC/T 235-2014 "Building Reflective Thermal Insulation Coatings" (medium brightness), with the following key specifications:

Construction Operations
- First, thoroughly remove all dust and stains from the construction surface, then let it dry.
- After the surface of the coated object has dried, apply a first coat evenly, and wait about 2 hours for surface drying before applying a second coat.
- Tools: Brush or spray equipment.
- Drying time: at 25°C, surface drying takes approximately 2 hours, while complete solidification (full drying) requires 48 hours.
- Painting interval: more than 2 hours.
- Spraying area: 1kg/3-4.5㎡ (two coats).
Important Notes
- The leakage points of large area construction should be found accurately, the base surface should be cleaned before construction, and it is recommended to carry out construction twice.
- The recommended coating width for large cracks or expansion joints should be ≤5mm.
- This product does not require water. Do not mix this product with other materials or additives.
- This product is suitable for use in environments ranging from 5°C to 40°C, and should be avoided in high temperatures, low temperatures, or during rainy outdoor conditions.
- Please read the construction instructions carefully before use to achieve optimal results.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with large amounts of water.
- Storage and shelf life: Store at room temperature for 18 months if unopened.
