TDW-888 Rubber Waterproof Paste is formulated with water-based polymer
materials as the base, incorporating various rubber compounds.
Synthetic tree roads, surfactants, emulsifiers, antifungal agents, etc. It is a highly elastic,
water-emulsifiable, cold-applied material.
A single-component waterproof coating that forms a rubber-like elastomer upon curing,
exhibiting excellent elongation and tensile strength.
Waterproofing coating, a high-quality, highly elastic waterproofing material produced
through specialized equipment.
Scope of Application
Widely used for new and old roofs, exterior walls (where tiling is not permitted), bathroom and kitchen floors, basements, and other indoor spaces.

Construction Operations
- Grassroots treatment: The base surface must be flat and clean, free from standing water, floating dust, and oil stains. Rust-prone areas should be ground smooth first using a wire brush or grinder. Leaky areas must undergo waterproofing treatment first, and reinforcement fabric of appropriate width should be applied to corners and construction joints.
- Application Procedure: First, apply the white reinforcement agent evenly to the base surface. Once fully cured, apply rubber waterproofing coating in multiple layers using a brush or roller, with each layer not exceeding 0.5mm thickness. Typically, 2-3 application layers are required. After the first layer dries (to ensure non-stick texture), proceed with the second layer, which must be applied perpendicular to the previous direction. Allow a 8-12 hour interval between layers. Once the second layer dries, apply the third layer perpendicular to the second layer, with additional coverage at wall corners and pipe roots.
- Water spray test and project acceptance: The water spray test and project acceptance can only be conducted after the waterproof coating has dried.
Reference dosage
- Typically, applying 2-3 coats yields 2.0-2.2 kg/m² (actual dosage varies depending on application purpose, surface condition, and environmental factors).
Important Notes
- This product does not require water addition. Do not mix this product with other materials or additives.
- This product is designed for use in environments between 5°C and 40°C, and should be avoided in high/low temperatures or during rainy outdoor conditions.
- The slurry must be used up within 24 hours after opening the bucket. Do not use watered materials that have already solidified.
- Be sure to read the construction instructions carefully before use to achieve optimal results.
- Do not allow children or pets to come into contact. If accidental exposure occurs in children, immediately rinse with large amounts of water.

- Storage and shelf life: Store at room temperature for 18 months if unopened.
