Product Description
The TDW-680 exterior wall transparent waterproof adhesive is
formulated with specialized polymer copolymers as its base material.
A novel waterproof coating adhesive (transparent) developed through
the use of various modified additives, this product possesses
The film-forming property, flexibility, wear resistance, breathability
and excellent weather resistance.It can be directly applied to surfaces such
as door/window frames, wall tiles, stone, and cement concrete.
Prevents peeling and powdering, resists cement alkali reaction, and effectively stops rainwater infiltration into walls.
With a long service life, this water-based eco-friendly product reliably enhances wall durability.
Scope of Application
1. Anti-corrosion and waterproof repair (sealing repair) of inorganic materials for concrete cracks or seepage around various window frames;
2. Waterproofing repair for exterior wall leaks in various buildings, and corrosion protection for inorganic materials such as wall tiles, marble, granite, and cement-based materials.

Construction Operations
Base surface treatment:
- The base layer should be smooth, firm, clean, free from sanding, powdering, oil stains, and obvious cracks.
- If there are obvious large cracks on the base surface, they must be repaired first before applying the transparent waterproof coating.
- The surface of the base layer must be kept dry and free of standing water.
- For flat substrates, ensure the surface is level. Any uneven or irregular areas should be leveled or removed before applying transparent waterproof coating.
Usage method :
- Open the packaging and apply directly without dilution.
- For optimal waterproofing, apply at least three coats.
- When repairing cracks, the first coat should be applied along the crack direction.
- When working on joints between different materials like door and window frames, the first coat should be applied along the joint direction.
- For special areas such as yin-yang corners, pipe roots, window frames, and door frames, it is recommended to apply a multi-layer brushing technique.
- When applying surface coating, extra coats should be applied to low-absorbency substrates to ensure adequate waterproofing thickness
Reference dosage:
For a waterproof membrane thickness of 1.0mm, the recommended application rate is approximately 1.5-2m² per kilogram (the actual dosage should be adjusted based on the substrate's condition and the desired waterproof layer thickness).
- Post-construction quality requirements and acceptance:
- After the coating construction is completed, a comprehensive and meticulous inspection of the waterproof coating layer should be conducted. Any detected pores, scratches, or punctures...
The broken or damaged parts should be repaired immediately.
- Check for sand holes between each coating layer.
- For completed waterproofing layers, after 7 days of curing, a 24-hour water retention test should be conducted when conditions permit. Alternatively, the test may be performed after rainfall or 24 hours of water exposure.
Check for leakage after several hours.
Important Notes
- This product does not require water addition. Do not mix this product with other materials or additives.
- This product is designed for use in environments between 5°C and 40°C, and should be avoided in high/low temperatures or during rainy outdoor conditions.
- The slurry must be used up within 24 hours after opening the bucket. Do not use watered materials that have already solidified.
- Be sure to read the construction instructions carefully before use to achieve optimal results.
- Do not allow children or pets to come into contact. If accidental exposure occurs in children, immediately rinse with large amounts of water.
